Terms of Sale 

Commercial terms for TyreOn products (export outside Denmark). TyreOn products purchased through Lonet.dk are sold as mediated sales at net price and are therefore not covered by the general warranty applicable to purchases in Denmark. All TyreOn products are covered by the TyreOn warranty, which is managed exclusively by the manufacturer TyreOn. Therefore, all inquiries regarding TyreOn products must be directed directly to:

TyreON Warranty

TyreON provides a 1-year warranty for companies or professionals and a 2-year warranty for private users on all parts of the device.
In case of a defect component, TyreON changes this part for a new one free of charge.
You send the defective component to TyreON BV in the Netherlands for verification and TyreON sends the new part to you. Warranty is limited to components.
Consequential costs are never covered by the warranty.

TyreCARE 

TyreCARE means that we are ready to help you with technical support, information and advice also after the warranty-period. Certain parts of your machine may show wear or defects after frequent use. Replacing those components is part of regular maintenance and therefore not covered by the warranty.
Examples: All fluids, mounting heads, hydraulic fittings, hoses and couplings, parts of control elements, buttons, pedals, joysticks, etc.

Rückgaberichtlinie für Geschäftskäufe 

Die gesetzliche Widerrufsfrist gilt nicht, wenn ein Unternehmer bei uns einkauft.
Beim Verkauf von Waren und Dienstleistungen zwischen Unternehmen (Business to Business, B2B) gelten die allgemeinen Kaufregeln.
Das bedeutet, dass bei Geschäftskäufen, also Käufen durch Unternehmer, kein Widerrufsrecht oder gesetzliche Widerrufsfrist besteht. 

Business Purchase Return Policy

The statutory cooling-off period does not apply if an entrepreneur buys something from us.
When selling goods and services between companies (business to business, B2B) the general rules of sale apply.
This means that for business purchases, i.e. purchases made by entrepreneurs, there is no right of withdrawal or statutory cooling-off period.
